Mrs. Ward's second grade class got to "LaF-A-Lot" with a class Ladybug Party
at Rivers Edge Elementary.  We  made ladybug bookmarks, learned about the
ladybug  life cycle, enjoyed interactive ladybug stories, earned lots of prizes
answering trivia questions  and released  live ladybugs. What a great day!
Ben is surprised by the reaction when he introduces sodium alginate to a linking agent making INSTANT WORMS.
WOW!  That's cool.  Our Science Lab Party is so fun. The kids don't even realize they're learning!

Maraposa Elementary had a great
end of year party with LaF-A-Lot.
LaF-A-Lot joined with Johnny D and the Miami Sound Machine for the
Pink Tie Foundation's effort to raise money for breast cancer victims. 4-9-06
